2:30-3:30 PM- Watch Elliott Neff play a game of chess while blindfolded, and be inspired about what you can accomplish by focusing on your talents. Event location: Market Stage inside Crossroads Bellevue
3:30-4:30 PM- Play Elliott Neff in a simultaneous chess game. Elliott will play a number of opponents at the same time. Proceeds will support students from Title 1 schools and Boys & Girls Clubs. Event location: Community room of Crossroads Bellevue, next to Old Navy.
Celebrate National Chess Day in a beautiful setting at the new Stan Head Cultural Center at Aegis Gardens! Join us for a “Quads-Styled” tournament, where you will get to play three chess games with others of a similar skill level. National Master Elliott Neff, CEO and founder of Chess4Life, will begin the morning with an interactive “blindfold chess” demonstration. Open to all ages.
Blindfold demonstration is free to attend. Please register if you plan to play in the tournament.
